We only collect what you give us. When you submit our estimate request form, that is typically your name, phone number, email address, property address or city, the service you are interested in, and whatever you tell us about your trees. If you call or text us, we have your phone number and whatever you share on the call.

Our web host may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you viewed. This is ordinary server logging and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To contact you about the estimate or service you requested.
• To schedule a site visit and complete work you have authorized.
• To send you an estimate, invoice or documentation related to your job.
• To follow up after work is completed, and to answer questions you send us.
• To keep basic business records as required for accounting and insurance.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade or share your contact details with third-party marketers.

When we share information

We share information only where it is necessary to do the job or where the law requires it. That can include: your insurance carrier or adjuster when you have asked us to support a claim; a municipal or county permitting office when we are submitting a permit application on your behalf; a subcontractor such as a crane operator brought in for your specific job; and service providers who help us operate the business, such as our web host, email provider or accountant.

Anyone we share information with is expected to use it only for the purpose we shared it.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number and check the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your estimate and your job. Message and data rates may apply. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by calling or emailing us directly.

Cookies and analytics

This site is built as a set of static pages and does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Pages that embed a Google Map use Google’s own embed service, and Google may set cookies through that embed under its own privacy policy. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies at any time.

How long we keep information

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them for business, tax, warranty and insurance purposes. If you would like us to delete your information and we are not required to retain it, ask and we will.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information such as financial account numbers through the website form.

Children

This site is intended for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
